2021 Ford Explorer Timberline Clears Terrain Easily in BC

There’s no need to worry about scraping terrain while you’re adventuring around BC in the 2021 Ford Explorer Timberline. That’s because this SUV boasts many features designed to keep it clear of hazards on any adventure.

First, it boasts an approach angle of 23.5° and a departure of 23.7°, so hills will be easy to tackle. Similarly, this SUV boasts a super-high ground clearance of 220 mm (8.7 inches), meaning it can scale jagged boulders without scratching up the underside.

The whole package rolls on 18-inch wheels, and LED fog lamps are included as standard, too, for additional help while off-roading. And in case a companion gets caught in the mud on a BC trail, the Timberline’s red front tow hooks make it easy to attach chains to their vehicle and pull it free.
