Scheduling Service Appointments at Skaha Ford dealership with the FordPass App in Okanagan

If you have ever had to schedule an appointment at a dealership, you know how difficult it can be. Most dealerships do not have an online scheduling system, and you have to call the service department, talk to a robot, and then wait for someone from the service department to call you back.
Well, that is no longer the case at Skaha Ford! Skaha Ford is excited to announce that we now have an appointment scheduling function on our FordPass app! With the FordPass App, you can schedule an appointment for your next oil change or tire rotation with just the touch of a button.
This feature is super convenient because you can do it wherever you are—even if you are on vacation! It also has “Service Provider Finder” and “My Services” that tell you when your next service is due and when it is time for an oil change. This feature will make scheduling appointments even more manageable if you are okay with automatic reminders.
Here is how it works:
1. Open the FordPass app, then tap “Schedule Service.”
2. Select your vehicle, then choose the location, date, and time of your appointment. You can also add multiple vehicles if needed.
3. Once you have chosen all of your preferences, select “Schedule Service” again and confirm your appointment details – that is it!
